Scheduled / Sanctioned Symposium Activities
The
CoreNet Global Great Lakes Regional Symposium requires that no business,
social or educational activity be scheduled that would in any way
compete with the Symposium schedule of events for the duration of the
conference. The Great Lakes Regional Symposium designates "free
time" prior to or after the conference agenda so that members may
schedule on-site or off-site social activities.
Private functions cannot be held during official program times
Enforcement / Penalties
Violations
of this policy will be brought to the attention of the CoreNet Global Great Lakes Regional Symposium Co-Chairs. The Co-Chairs will review
circumstances surrounding any violations and will determine whether
penalties will be assessed.
Penalties
1. First Offense - loss of attendance at the next CoreNet Global Great Lakes Regional Symposium.
2. Second Offense - permanent loss of attendance at future CoreNet Global Great Lakes Regional Symposiums.
