  • Wild, Wild West Loop

Chicago wasn't founded here, but was re-born here following the Great Fire of 1871. The West Loop is one of the fastest
growing neighborhoods in Chicago and is attracting many of the world's leading headquarters from suburban areas (Hillshire Brands, Gogo Mobile), as well as becoming an area for both leading and up-and-coming technology companies, including Google, Uber and Twitter.

Sit back and relax on board one of Chicago's famous trolleys as we embark on a journey through the West Loop. Understand the area's rich history as a thriving industrial and meat packing district to now one of Chicago's most dynamic and rapidly growing urban environments. Tour Details: Beginning at GRLS with a drive past 111 N. Canal and heading west through the Fulton Market area (1000 W. Fulton and Fulton West), a stop and a walking tour of Hillshire Brands, and finally back to the GLRS.
